NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 5, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2019CA002949000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and EDWARD G. SCHIWITZ, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of February 2020 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

HALLAM AND CO'S LAKELAND HIGHLANDS FLORIDA, IN SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 101A OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT A POINT 19 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID POINT BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE RUN N 00 DEG 14'14” E, A DISTANCE OF 519.00 FEET; THENCE RUN N 89 DEG 14'14” E, A DISTANCE OF 303.38 FEET; THENCE RUN N 00 DEG 15'36” W, A DISTANCE OF 396.79 FEET; THENCE RUN S 89 DEG 50' 39” W, A DISTANCE OF 363.38 FEET; THENCE RUN S 00 DEG 14' 14” W, A DISTANCE OF 915.79 FEET; THENCE RUN N 89 DEG 14'14” E, A DISTANCE OF 60.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS AND EXCEPT ANY PORTION THEREOF LYING WITHIN ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
