NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2019CA001303AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, BOYD, ANDREW, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 21st day of February, 2020, the following described property:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND, SITUATE IN MANATEE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, VIZ:
UNIT #C-4 OF TOWNHOUSES IN THE CAY, A CONDOMINUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF DATED NOVEMBER 26, 1974, AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 701, PAGES 302-310, AND ACCORDING TO AN INSTRUMENT ENTITLED: RE-RECORDING TO CORRECT THE ERROR IN DECLARATION OF CONDOMNIUM OF TOWNHOUSES IN THE CAY, A CONDOMINIUM WITH ATTACHED BY-LAWS AND ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORD BOOK 702, PAGES 711-727, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE APPURTENANCES THERETO, ALL ACCORDING TO SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND INSTRUMENT ENTITLED: “RE-RECORDING TO CORRECT THE ERROR IN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TOWNHOUSES IN THE CAY, A CONDOMINIUM” WITH ATTACHED ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION AND BY-LAWS
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
