NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on December 13, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018CA004944000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, AMERIHOME MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC is the Plaintiff, and CLAYTON GREENHAM; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A ANNETTE REYEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on February 11, 2020 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 100.00 FEET OF THE EAST 545.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 262 FEET OF U.S. GOVERNMENT LOT NO. 4 IN SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, POLK COUNTY FLORIDA LESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
