NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018CA002660AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for Soundview Home Loan Trust 2003-1, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2003-1 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of John Nellis Hamlin, Jr. a/k/a John N. Hamlin, Jr., Deceased; Jane Waring Hamlin; John N. Hamlin III; Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC; Cape Vista Civic Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM on the 7th day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK G, CAPE VISTA SUBDIVISION, FIRST UNIT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 73 AND 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
