NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2019, and entered in the above-styled cause, and pursuant to the Order Granting Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale dated January 9, 2020, and entered in the above-styled cause, the Manatee County Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 11th day of March 2020, the following described real property:
Lot 24, Block F, SECTION ONE, FLORIDANA MOBILE HOMESITE SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 7, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH the 1959 Kentuckian Mobile Home, ID # 858 which is permanently attached and affixed to the real property.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
