NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 19, 2019 and entered in Case No. 58-2019-CA-000581-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF10 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Christina Chicheanu a/k/a CC,Ross Vaughan Allen, Stonehaven Condominium Association Inc., are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the February 13, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBER 17-103, STONEHAVEN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2007006160, AND ANY AMENDMENTS AND/OR SUPPLEMENTAL DECLARATIONS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
