NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 30, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017CA000965CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and STEVEN C. COLLOVA A/K/A STEVE C. COLLOVA, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER THE COLLOVA FAMILY TRUST DATED DECEMBER 1, 2006, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco. realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 32, RIVERSIDE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 95, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
