NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem) dated April 9, 2019 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 30, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2018-CA-003561-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and SHARON A. WATKINS, is the Defendant.
NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 4th day of February, 2020, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1054, BEACON SQUARE, UNIT NINE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 42 AND 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
