NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 17, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-02742 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Daniel A. Hamilton, Sarah L. Hamilton, Leawood Lakes Homeowers' Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GMAC Mortgage Corporation DBA ditech.com, its successors and/or assigns, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 6 day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 80, LEAWOOD LAKES, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 62 THROUGH 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
