NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2020 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2019-CA-002231-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V-C, is Plaintiff and CYPRESS WOODS GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS, INC., et al., are Defendant(s).
I Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest bidder for cash In the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Collier County, FL 34112 on February 6, 2020 beginning at 11:00 o'clock a.m. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 203, Building 4, CYPRESS TRACE GARDENS III, a condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3548, Page 3101, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
