NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 8, 2020 entered in Civil Case No. 2019 CA 001550 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-8, Plaintiff and DANIEL R. INGERSOLL; CHRYSTAL A. INGERSOLL; CITY OF NORTH PORT, FLORIDA, are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on February 12, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
LOT 6, BLOCK 1849, 40TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 41, 41A-41E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
