NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2020 and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-003887-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee for BNC Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-2, is Plaintiff and Dolores Sayonara Montalvo a/k/a Delores Sayonara Montalvo a/k/a Dolores S. Montalvo Jorge; Unknown Spouse of Dolores Sayonara Montalvo a/k/a Delores Sayonara Montalvo a/k/a Dolores S Montalvo Jorge; Collier County, Florida, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 6th day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
