NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 3, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 2017 CA 001622 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein Carlevato, LLC is the Plaintiff and Ira Feins is the Defendant, Karen E. Rushing, as Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on February 18, 2020, the following described property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
