NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2014, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 1-8-2020, both entered in Case No. 12-CA-052553, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is Plaintiff and LAURIE ANN TREVINO, LEONARDO TREVINO, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 7, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 52, 53 AND 54, BLOCK 82, SAN CARLOS PARK, UNIT NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 315, PAGE 125, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
