Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 19-CA-005268, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY STRUCTURED TRUST I 2007-1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, 2007-1 is the Plaintiff, and PAUL RIDER; NORMA RIDER, are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on Feb 12, 2020 at 09:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, EAST MONICA LANE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
