Lots 36, 37 and 38, Block A-19 of Temple Terrace Estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 39 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property address: 3 vacant parcels of land situated on North Riverhills Drive Temple Terrace, FL
and improvements thereon, located at 1227 North Riverhills Drive, Temple Terrace, Florida 33617 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
