NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2014-CA-000554-A001-HC of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as trustee for Upland Mortgage Loan Trust B, Plaintiff and CHERYL HOLLEY A/K/A CHERYL DENISE HOLLEY are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on February 3, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF THE NORTH 60 FEET OF THE EAST 92.33 OF LOT 1, BLOCK “U”, URANIA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
