NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated October 28, 2019 and was recorded November 6, 2019 in the Official Records of Lee County, Florida as Instrument Number 2019000255306 of Lee County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at SAND CASTLE BEACH CLUB Manager's Office, 905 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931 on the 5th day of February, 2020, at 11:30 a.m., the following described real property located in Lee County, Florida, to-wit:
