NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2019, and entered in Case No. 29-2018-CA-011341 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for MASTR Asset Backed Securities Trust 2006-HE2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE2, is the Plaintiff and Hattie G. Butler, Hillsborough County, Florida , are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the February 10, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
