AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 92 - 101, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
