NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2019, and entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-000112 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which US Bank, NA as trustee relating to the Chevy Chase Funding LLC Mortgage Backed Certificates, Series 2005-B, is the Plaintiff and Stephanie A. Diletto Kovach a/k/a Stephanie D. Kovach a/k/a Stephanie Kovach, Stephen M. Kovach a/k/a Stephen Kovach a/k/a Steve Kovach, Hampton on the Green Homeowners' Association, Inc., Hunter's Green Community Association, Inc., Silver Envelope Company, Inc., a dissolved Florida Corporation, Suntrust Bank, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the February 18, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
