BOOK 4815, PAGE 527, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 56, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
more commonly known as 9209 Seminole Boulevard, Unit #075, Seminole, Florida 33772.
This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on Litchfield Cavo LLP, attorneys for plaintiff, whose address is 5201 W. Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 450, Tampa, Florida 33609-1861, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default shall be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
