NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, entered December 6, 2019, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Lot No. 6 in Block No. 23 of CYPRESS CREEK PHASE 3, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 113 at Page 292, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
for cash in an Online Sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on January 24, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
