NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 07, 2020, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-003961 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P., is Plaintiff, and RICHARD W. CARROLL, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 91.5 FEET OF THE WEST 1173 FEET OF NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST LESS THE SOUTH 1130 FEET AND NORTH 25 FEET FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
