NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 12 ,2019, and entered in 13-010988-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER BELL; MICHAEL BELL; BLACK POINT ASSETS, INC, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE 963 ALCAZAR WAY SOUTH LAND TRUST, DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2013; are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 12, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 61, OF LAKEWOOD ESTATES SECTION “A”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
