NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2019, and entered in 16-CA-009201 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PAMELA MATT A/K/A PAMELA C. MATT, DECEASED; CHRISTY O'LEARY; DAVID HARLIN ; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JIMMY HARLIN, DECEASED; SARAH GAIL HARLIN; DAVID ALLEN HARLIN ; BRANDON SCOTT HARLIN ; KIERA MARIE HARLIN DOOD ; ALEXANDER BRYCE MURRAY; KIM HARLIN ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MAGNIFY CREDIT UNION F/K/A COMMUNITY FIRST CREDIT UNION ; ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC are the Defendant(s).
