YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for breach of contract in connection with real property located at 1821 S. 27th Street, St. Petersburg, Florida has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to attorney for Plaintiff: Kurt E. West Shore Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33611 on or before February 17, 2020, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
