NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 19-002506-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF HELEN K. HOBBS AKA HELEN KATHRYN HOBBS, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of February, 2020, the following described property:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ:
UNIT 181, PATRIOT SQUARE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION 2, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4043, PAGE 936, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
