NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 01, 2018, and entered in 18-000854-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-5 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5 is the Plaintiff and GARY SANTO A/K/A GARY A. SANTO; JO ANNE SANTO A/K/A JOANNE SANTO A/K/A JOANNE A. SANTO A/K/A JOANNE L. SANTO are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 13, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
