NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on December 19, 2019 in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as
Lot 1, Sherbrooke, Unit Number Two, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 112, of the Public Records or Orange County, Florida.
At public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, on February 18, 2020 beginning at 11:00 a.m.
