LOT 34, TRADITIONS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 104 AND 105, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
