NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 13, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2019CA000132000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and JEANNETTE MARSHALL, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
