NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2018, and entered in 41 2012CA005039AX 2D18-1587 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STERNS ALT-A TRUST 2005-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1 is the Plaintiff and JANICE KUMMER; LAKESIDE II AT CREEKWOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. ; CREEKWOOD MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A PATRICE DEROCHER ; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A LEON DEROCHER ; KARL A. KUMMER are the Defendant(s).
