ABADJIEV; ELENA LYUBENOVA ABADJIEV; CRYSTAL LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF MANATEE, INC.; BLACK POINT ASSSETS INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE 7162 E 59TH AVE CIRCLE LAND TRUST AND STAR POINTE CAPITAL, LLC AS TRUSTEE OF THE 7162 E 50 AC LAND TRUST; STAR POINTE CAPITAL, LLC AS TRUSTEE OF THE 7162 E50AC LAND TRUST, are the Defendant(s).
