NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2020, and entered in Case No. 51-2017-CA-002684-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC dba Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Chatelbox, LLC , Pasco County, Florida Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida, Sunnybrook Condominium Association, Inc., TD Bank USA, National Association, successor in interest to Target National Bank, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the February 13, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 22, BUILDING 4, SUNNYBROOK III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 144 THROUGH 146 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OWNERSHIP FILE JULY 19, 1985, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1430, PAGE 1326, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, A AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
