FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUSTCOMPANY, N.A.AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK,N.A.,AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIALASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-RP1 is the Plaintiff, and KIM MARIE FEMIA A/K/A KIMMARIE CATHLEEN ADAMS; MARILYN ADAMS A/K/A MARILYN A. ADAMS; STEPHEN D. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
