NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure rendered on January 8, 2020, entered in Case No. 2019-CA-01718, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Innova Investment Group, LLC is the Plaintiff and Margaret Crowley and Unknown Spouse of Margarte Crowley and Any Unknown Tenant is Possession are the Defendants. Pursuant to said Final Judgment, the Clerk of the Court for Pasco County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on February 18, 2020, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
