PARCEL “A”; THE NORTH 308 FEET OF TRACT 23 OF PORT RICHEY LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, AS SHOWN ON PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 61, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WEST 140 FEET AND THE EAST 150 FEET THEREOF; ALSO LESS EXISTING ROAD RIGHT OF WAY ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION.
