NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 8, 2020, and entered in Case No. 11-2019-CA-004084-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, is the Plaintiff and William Albert Zanetti aka William Zanetti; Jenny Milena Cruz Rodriguez aka Jenny Rodriguez;The Cove Homeowners Association of Naples, Inc.; Island Walk Homeowners Association Inc; are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 13 day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 54, THE COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 11 THROUGH 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
