NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated January 13, 2020, and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2014, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida will on February 13, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., at the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, offer for sale, and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder, the following described real property situated in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 4206 of Country Haven Condominium 4, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1367, Page(s) 575 through 641, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
any person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
