NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment Foreclosure dated January 13, 2020 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2019-CA-000416-0001-XX in Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF GSC CAPITAL CORP., MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-1, Plaintiff and MAURICIO MEJIA; JENNY CRUZ A/K/A JENNIFFER CRUZ A/K/A JENNIFER CRUZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAURICIO MEJIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNY CRUZ A/K/A JENNIFFER CRUZ A/K/A JENNIFER CRUZ N/K/A WILLIAM ZANETTI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.
