NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 21, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-2606 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is Plaintiff and ELIZA J. WILLETTE, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ., Clerk & Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of February, 2020 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 90, BLOCK 3, DUPREE LAKES PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 15 TO 31, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
