AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-6 is the Plaintiff and BRYAN DUGAN; UV GROUP PROPERTIES, LLC; WIGGINS BAY FOUNDATION, INC. ; COVE TOWERS PRESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAPITAL ONE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are the Defendant(s).
