NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 007805 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-2 MORTGAGE BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is Plaintiff and KEITH ZOLNER; ERIN ZOLNER; US FUNDING GROUP, LLC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www. sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 24th day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
