NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-003774 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee in trust for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc., Asset Backed Pass Through Certificates Series 2003-HE4, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Nathaniel Humphrey, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on April 3, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
