NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2019, and entered in 19-CA-002156 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SEBASTIANA E. COX, DECEASED; MONICA COX; CHARLES ANTHONY COX are the Defendant(s).
