REDDING; SHARON REDDING; RHC MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO RHC HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., FKA RHC MAINTENANCEASSOCIATION, INC.; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
