NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 2, 2020, entered in Case No. 17-000296-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Daniel G. Delachapelle; Sara R. Delachapelle a/k/a Sara Delachapelle are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00AM on the 18th day of February, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, LARSON'S MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
