NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2018, and entered in 17-001712-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JOHN R. MILLER A/K/A JOHN ROY MILLER; SHARON MILLER A/K/A SHARON A. MILLER A/K/A SHARON K. MILLER; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; DAVID M. WALL, ATTORNEY AT LAW; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 13, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
