NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Agreed Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated August 8, 2014 and an Order Resetting sale Dated January 16, 2020 entered in case No. 11-008809-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE BUNGALOW SERIES III TRUST, as assignee of FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, as the assignee of Plaintiff CITIMORTGAGE, INC., and Frederick Dany Ross, Aurelia L. Robertson, Citibank, N.A, Unknown Tenant#1 n/k/a Scott Marshall, Unknown Tenant#2 n/k/a Bree Fisher are the Defendants. KEN BURKE, CPA, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM EST, on March 2, 2020, the following-described property as set forth in said Uniform Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
